A Walk to Stop Executions
A number of organizations are coming together this fall to organize a walk to stop executions. The walk will begin at Southern Ohio Correctional Facility (SOCF) in Lucasville on Oct. 4 and end at the Ohio Statehouse Oct. 10.
Quinnipiac Poll Shows More Americans Favor Life Without Parole Than Death Penalty
The latest Quinnipiac poll administered in May of this year showed that 48% of Americans favored life without parole for convicted murderers, compared to 43% who favored the death penalty.
