Nickie Antonio (D-Lakewood), who has sponsored legislation to end the death penalty. “There is substantial evidence that the death penalty in Ohio is not fair and more often than anyone wants to admit it’s not accurate… The challenge to those who want to keep the death penalty is this: fix it or end it.”
