After two years of study and debate, capital punishment in Ohio could see some changes. A 22-person panel, which included Hamilton County Prosecutor Joe Deters and Clermont County Sheriff A.J. Rodenberg, created a 79 page report.

On May 20th, the Ohio Supreme Court’s Joint Task Force to Review the Administration of Ohio’s Death Penalty is expected to release its final report. The committee’s 56 recommendations, in a draft, are already searchable online.
