We are extremely thrilled to introduce you to our new Deputy Director, Kendall White!
Kendall was born and raised in Cincinnati and now lives in Columbus. He attended Ohio Dominican University, achieved his bachelor’s in Criminal Justice, and continued his studies at Ohio University, receiving his master’s in Law, Justice, and Culture.
Kendall brings a wealth of organizing experience to the campaign from his previous positions and volunteer work. During his time working for the Franklin County Board of Commissioners, he led grassroots initiatives that focused on the social determinants of health. One of his key initiatives, “Calling All Dads,” was recognized at the National Association of County Organizations. He also recently accepted an award through the AARP Future History Makers program, which recognizes people who are making history in their communities; and was featured in “Who’s Who in Black Columbus 2023 Edition”; and serves as the Vice-President of the Columbus Urban League Young Professionals.
